first 10 days

School has just begun for 10 school days and lets check what Kate has left in her class:

5th day:
left her chinese book. We found it out straight after we reached home. We went back to school because she had chinese homework for the next day. The classroom has been locked of course (it was past 7pm), luckily we could found auntie who was in charge for the keys.

6th day:
left her drink she bought and chinese book (again). This time we found it out when we reached bicycle. The classroom has been locked as well. Kate met a teacher who helped her through another door which has not been locked.

9th day:
left her purse (and her pocket money), english book, and story book.

10th day:
at school she found her english textbook under her table, her purse at her form teacher (with help from the prefect - thanks), but forgot about the story book. at home ... she realised that her chinese workbook was not in her bag, but was really sure didn't leave it in her classroom because she had checked her table. Where is it, then?

Gosh ... Even she wouldn't know that she has left them behind if Mum didn't ask her or incidentally made conversation about it.

Update:
11th, 12th, 13th days: she left stuffs like homework file, spelling book, letter for parents.

capsule

Kate got capsuled-vitamin from grandma when we went to Jakarta last month. The dosage is two capsules each time. Kate is really fine taking any taste of syrup or powder medicine, but never try capsule or tablet.

First capsule ... she need about half glass of water before finally swallow it successfully. Second capsule ... another glass of water was not enough, even she threw it up. Gosh ... Mum was so worry this will make Kate doesn't want to take any capsule or tablet in the future.

Last week Mum started to give the vitamin by opening the capsule and taking the powder to mix it with water. But the powder wasn't dissolved at all in water, either hot or cold water. Luckily Kate was fine with it although with some complain in the beginning. She preferred taking the bitter powder instead of capsule.

Today, after taking the vitamin, Kate wanted to play with the empty capsule. After a while, she had an idea ... took a cup of water and tried to swallow the small part of the empty capsule ... and she did it ! ... then she had the other half.

Being excited with what she has achieved ... she took a new capsule and ... taking capsule is not difficult, is it ?

be careful

Today is the first day Mum switches her Mon-Fri "exercise" from walking 4x500++ meter (last year) onto cycling 4x1.5+ km.

Before Kate went through the gate and Mum started the 2nd 1.5+ km, Kate gave Mum message:

"Bye, Mum. Be careful on the way home ...
If suddenly you couldn't get the pedal ...
stop, take a deep breath, count to 10,
then try to start again.
ok?"

:)

Normally Mum is the one who says goodbye. Kate doesn't really bother but join with her friends instead.
